Make sure to mark your calendar for the annual Youth Art Festival hosted by the Mount Vernon Parks & Recreation Department at Hillcrest Park on South 13th Street. Skagit Artists’ volunteers will be just one of many booths set up to provide not only a day of fun, but the opportunity to take home free art supplies to continue creating at home.
